General Policies: Image upload policy

In these 2 years of FotoTibia, I am proud of users who always respected the rules of content and helped to keep the site away from illegal images, texts and links. Of course sometimes appears a funny boy who desperately doesn't understand the rules, but this has always been very rare.
Now that we have a team of attentive moderators, it becomes more than necessary to estabilish clear and objective rules that will help further in order to keep our beloved site. Thus, I present to your our rules for use:
All of the visitors of the site should be aware of the basic conduct rules while using or acessing the services. When using the services and acessing the Site, you agree with the following rules:
1.A = Our Community Standards prohibit to post an edited image that the main topic of it is not directly linked to the game Tibia, or directly related to Tibia. Up the to Moderators Team to check and investigate the concept of the image, the moderator decision is the last word and you may not complain.
1.B = Our Community Standards prohibit to post any kind of image that contains reference to OTServer.
1.C = Our Community Standards prohibit to post images that incite the use of Cheats or softwares to make the game easier, e.g Bots.
1.D = Our Community Standards prohibit to post images that violate the Copyright Laws, Comercial Brands, Patents or any other rights of intelectual property of FOTOTIBIA or anyone's else, it's also not allowed to post Logos from company and registred trademarks.
1.E = Our Community Standards prohibit to post images that are not related to the game Tibia. In case of Real-Life Photos, they should be posted on their respective section, known as Fotos Real-Life (Real-Life Photos if in English).
1.F = Our Community Standards prohibit to use the site to advertise products or services with the intention to gain money to yourself or someone else, it's also illegal to advertise characters or illegal softwares to Tibia, as well itens for real-life money.
1.G = Our Community Standards prohibit to post external links (both in pictures and texts) that lead to someone's else sites that contains any material that violate the rules posted here. The only allowed links are to Tibia's sites that are officially recognized by CIP as SUPPORTED and PROMOTED, in addition to FotoTibia's partners that are not supported or promoted;
1.H = Our Community Standards prohibit to post sexually explicit, obscene, vulgar, pornographic material or publish anything containing nude or unecessary violence.
1.I = Our Community Standards prohibit to post racist content, offensive content, defamatory content, slanderously content, threatening content and it is also not allowed to use the site to make suggestions or comparisons which denigrate the image of our users, don't matter how you do.
1.J = Our Community Standards prohibit to use the services provided on site to invade the privacy of others, collect and use personal and private information of others, also obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to other computer systems through the site.
1.K = Our Community Standards prohibit to use the services to create false identity or to pass by another person, or character from Tibia.
1.L = Our Community Standards prohibit to publish any material that contains viruses, trojan horse, worm, or other programming routine or engine that aims to damage a computer, adversely interfere, intercept or expropriate any system imperceptibly, data or information.
1.M = Our Community Standards prohibit to use the services provided on site to send unsolicited email, direct mail, spam or other material to the users of the site or any other person or entity.
Also, I would like to announce that we have implemented a warning system that will be applied when an user breaks a rule. The ammount of "warning points" will slow the growth of its Skill FotoTibia and may even lead to more severe punishments by our moderators, such as erasing the picture and in extreme cases the exclusion of all the user account.
I'm sure that the vast majority of users will agree and comply with these rules, because the majority of our users always support us, helping against lammers, hackers, and breakrulers.
Finally, I would like to say that our team is working harder to bring many news in the coming days. Please be patient and make a good use of FotoTibia. This site is totally dedicated to you, users.
